Just bought an 09 cab and chassis with the pto equipped. Im hoping this has the ring gear to drive a pto and not just a switch in the cab to idle up and down. I've found the pto from Muncie that is supposed to work. I need to spin an armature @1450 rpm. What do I need to know for sure?

If it was optioned with the PTO package, it should have the gear. What I would do is pull the cover plate off either side of the trans and look for the gear teeth. That will let you know 100% for sure.
