No. Wrong bell housing and wrong valve body and internal harness.

Wont fit what? an 04 lly? an 06 is a 6 speed 05 is a 5 speed

The bell housing has a small crack and so does the rear tail housing on my 04 LB7. I found a 05 complete trans and tcase forsale. can they bolt to my engine or is it completely diff?

Pretty sure its the same exact thing, with an extra solenoid that you don't need. You can bolt it up, plug it in and it will work just fine. but I'd wait for an expert before you try it out, as I am not.

I think its a 02 trans in my 04 and know im missing a solenoid on the valve body
and it works with no probs at all

Not unless you changed the bell housing. If it's an LLY you need the G solenoid valve body.
