Well after almost exactly a month my truck lives again, better than ever! :D
The only snags I hit were water leaking from the oil cooler, and a problem with the clutch line.
The damage was-
8 bad injectors
one melted piston
4 bent valves
blown head gasket
bad Cp3
broken flywheel
and a broken motor mount
Hard to believe the thing even ran, but it did. Never had any fuel in the oil, or pressurized cooling system, or water in the oil  It's completely different now, so quiet and smooth. And sooo much faster :woott:
Feels very good to be driving my truck again instead of my moms little grocery getter yota 4runner

Congrats glad you got her all back up and running.

Thanks for all the advice Henry!

And thanks to everyone else too! if I had something else to drive I'd have waited and saved to fix it. But its my only ride so I had to take out a small loan to fix it. Took me 12 hours Friday Saturday and Sunday to finish it, but I got it together last night about 10:30  . Went for a test drive then and drove it to work this morning, all is well still! :thumb:

Thanks guys. I'm getting a little bit of blue smoke when it fires up and if I rev it up. Nothing major just a tiny bit, is that normal till the rings seat fully? It's only got about an hour and a half of run time on it. Oil is still nice and clean, just now turning brown. Had a bit of blow by coming from the oil cap, but it's getting to be less and less

It made lots of noises hahahah but yes it had a bit of a clack clack to it. It sounded more like an injector knock though than piston slap or something.

That's what my dad and buddies are all saying too, the thing ran well too! The only clue something was off was it was loud, slow to build boost and sluggish after 2k rpm. I just attributed the 2nd two to it being a ZF6 and tuned differently so I didn't think much of it. If only I knew then what I know now I'd have got a lot better deal on the truck  . But the clutch is good, took a little bit to get a good pedal because I had a pesky air pocket somewhere but it feels good now. I have the truck on the 80hp tune and rolled into the throttle almost all the way going up a bridge in 5th gear. Went from about 1500 to 2500 rpm before i let off and never felt it slip.
