I do a lot of idling and whatnot so I'm debating on putting my airdog on a toggle switch. My question is, when the pump is off does the fuel get pulled through the filters or does it bypass everything? I'm not going to do it if I loose the added filtration

Yeah I've read they're flow through, like if the pump quits the truck still runs. but I can't seem to find if the fuel is pulled through the filters without the pump running or not.

Yes fuel will flow through it. It will still filter the fuel, but not seperate the air.
