My buddy has a 2012 ford 6.7 and has done everything to his truck same as mine. Last weekend he spent all day putting a airdog 165 on his truck but after all was said and done it was doing worse. Emptying the fuel rail out and everything. So he done some research and found out his stock pump actually did better than the airdog. I have a 2012 LML and my truck is needing fuel bad so I thought about purchasing an airdog. But after his expierence im wondering if it is worth the $650 to find out if it will help my truck or not.

I found out with either the Fass or the AirDog. That the units perform much better out of a sump. Not saying that the units do not perform as advertised but there is something about utilizing quick connects that just don't jive with me. A single o-ring seal verses a solid connection makes all the difference.
I'm sure ill get a little flack for that, but its just an opinion. :)

Just curious are you sure that he had the pressure set high enough on the airdog?

As far as I know he did. I never saw with my own eyes. But he took it back off so im guessing he either didnt know about it or it was set high and didn't work.

My main problem is emptying out my fuel rail. Im only running the h&s hott tune woth cold air intake and dpf delete exhaust and not getting enough fuel. Id say bout 80% of the time my truck just falls flat on its fave around 60-70 mph. Dont matter if u launch, dead stop, or go frlm a roll.
