Help: Airdog II fuel leak

I have a leak on my newly installed airdog II. Fuel is coming out of the top of the water separating filter. Why would this happen?

is the filter leaking from the crimp seal between the base and the top of the canister? i have gotten a few bad filters that did this from perma-cool, could be a mfg defect

Yeah that where the fuel is coming from

not surprised, i would get a set of replacements (fleetguard filters i think they make them now for those ad units)
