Airdog II 165 problem?

I installed this 2 weeks ago. easy install, all went well. runs fine, drove 1.5 hrs. to a dyno. 485 rwhp. BUT when I start to slow at a light the rattle is loud and intermitin until stopped then it is constant and loud like a 7.3 then it will get quiet, like normal. I unhooked the wiring to flow thru and it is fine. When slowing i can't hear anything. anyone else notice this? Is this normal? maybe the fpr but the idle is smooth. injectors? Even tried adjusting the pressure from 1/2 turn to 3 turns.

Do you have a fuel pressure guage? i know to much pressure through the FICM makes them idle funny. Could be a bad FPR.

no guage. i dont think it is too much pressure cause i turned the pumo down till it got loud which means low flow then up till it quiets. it only does this under deceleration. and not when pump is off. I read the FPR only effects idol. mine idols smooth. I get a loud chatter. would too low fuel do this? maybe FPR is sticking on slow down?
