airdog air/water sep. question

airdog water sep. question

Have had the ad165 on my truck for a few months and never drained the water separator in to a jar until now. Wanted to see if there would be any water and there wasn't. I do how ever have small flakes of rust. Could this rust be from the petcock on the separator or do I have a bigger problem?

Could even be from the gas station were you filled up,they might still have steel tanks that might be a little rusty also. I noticed a little in mine also.

Or even from the filler neck where the cap screws in.
