Air Resources Board Letter

Well, today we got a letter from the air resources board of california. I don't know if you have ever seen white trucks on onramps with instruments out. Well I guess my dad knew....obviously smoked them out :rofl: Now we got a letter, about 6 months later we get this letter. It says that the next time they find the high opacity for the truck, we get an $800 citation, and if it happens after that, an $1800 citation. wtf? :angry5: Has anyone else had anything like this sent to their house?
