What is all needed to do a AIH delete? Ive looked around and thought i could just make a aluminum spacer to replace the AIH. Ive never used my glow plugs here in az, too warm in the winter
Your thoghts?
Your thoghts?
I was thinking if i did that, to add a 1/4" port (or 2 or 3) for my water methanol. HmmmA alluminum spacer would be nice,Maybe a tap in it also
I am intrested in this as well.
i would think an aluminium plug could be machined ? i havnt had mine out in a while cant remember. Super Desel this would be a good project for you i would buy one too , may just swap the heater back in for the winter .
I don't know about the other models, but mytmousemalibu told me about this plug that works for the LB7. About $10.
From the Parker Store
ISO PLUG: M22P870MNS
PRODUCT: P54S
You can turn off the heater circuit with EFILive.
Mike,
Lmm, Lbz AIH are the same right?
Josh has an LB7 tho..
..and so does Simon.
I will look into the LB7 and LLYs as well and see what it takes.

IIRC LLYs don't have them
The LB7 takes a $10 plug that is commercially available...wouldn't bother...
Im gunna take mine apart tomorrow and copy it into paint and see what i can do.
I seen them for around 5 bucks at a autoshop, it was a drain plug for some car
A good spot to have a AN fitting coming out of for a boost gauge
