I've been trying to get my truck running right for about a year now. The only thing that hasn't been replaced is the wiring harness. Everything else is new. Built motor, trans, fuel fuelers, twins, nicktane filter setup, raptor 150 lift pump, exergy 60 overs. The truck rattles in all tunes from 1000 to 2300 rpm and sounds like it's missing. Above 2300 it either cleans up or I just can't hear it any more. If the truck sits for a while, (a week or so) the miss disappears but after wot it comes back.

I bought a fuel pressure gauge to set my lift pump and monitor the pressure before cp3's and it drops to below 5 psi in all the tunes at wot. The only thing I can think of is possibly air getting sucked into the lines between the lift pump and the fuel tank but I have no way to really check it.

What should my lift pump maintain for pressure before the cp3's if everything was good? And does anybody know what the symptoms of air in the fuel would be of that's my issue.

I'm running kory's tunes and I really don't want to waste his time I it's a mechanical issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
