Air filter housing help

Anyone know what brand this air filter housing is. I want one for a project i am build and cant seem to find much info on it. Looks to me like a truck assembly but just after some other peoples opinions.

It says marine engines right on the manifold. I would assume that is some sort of flame arrestor. Even though that seems overkill on a turbo and supercharged diesel I believe they are required by the coast guard.
