What brands do you guys stick with?

Need something to replace my K&N cone, 4inch inlet and about 12 inch tall.

AFE? Spectre? K&N?

Also worth noting that once you have an S&B part number outerwears will sell you a slick water resistant filter cover to keep it dry and happy and add a bit more filtration.

I'll have to check but I'm pretty sure mines an snb pro dry and you can order custom sizes, mine was a regular size but my brother got a custom size and it took a bit longer to get it. Have to remember where I ordered it

Seems like no one likes K&N stuff?

I don't have a MAF so not entirely concerned with oil issues.

In that case I wouldn't be all that concerned. I'm just not sure what the oil does once it makes its way to the turbo? Just thinking out loud.

The trick is don't over oil the filter and let it dry some (overnight) before you run the truck. I have been using oiled filters since I put twins on and have never had an issue with the MAF or getting any oil into the trubo's.

I don't like K&N because they don't seem to do as well at filtering. I've seen too many dusted intakes with K&N filters on them. I've had good luck from both S&B and aFe though.

Only reason I would go K&N is their local sourcing vs AFE and S&B stuff. Hopefully XDP has something or other laying around in stock.

Parts stores' Spectre filter seem to work just fine. Even see a couple built motor, aftermarket turbo trucks running them on this forum.

I got on S&B website, didn't have any luck finding what I was looking for so I sent a pm to them in the chat window. Very helpful in helping me, they are special making me filters bake to my specs I was needing. They didn't charge me anything more for them being special order items. And said they would ship 3 days later. Amazing service and support.
