Air bag light

thats weird, i started my truck this morning and the airbag light is on, and a trans code(p1781). Cleared the trans code, but the airbag light wont clear.
I'm beggining to think it is because I used the wrong adapter. And not the high dollar one that still allows for the door chime.
Don't forget the muffler bearing, and the headlight lube.
Try looking under the dash behind the left knee bolster, and see if the connector came loose. It has a locking clip or whatever you call it. But hey. S*(T happens. The little clip should be yellow. At least it is on the 03's. Might have come unhooked.

I checked that thinking maybe the guy had knocked it loose somehow. Keep the suggestions coming guys and thanks.
Other than that, all I can think of is get a tech II and see if it can tell you if one of the sensors are bad.
