ok quesiton, I dont know much about EFI, just enough to be dangerous I suppose.

Anyway, i'm in the process of gathering parts, specifically a 366 and then a built trans, but for now i have a set of 40% over nozzles.

Could I swap those in with my stock batmowheel charger? pick up a few MPGs maybe?

i know i need to cut pulse width, i heard to like 80%, anything else need done to my tunes?

Get ready fellas, adjusting for bigger nozzles can become quite difficult. And they are all very different it seems. Be glad you stayed small with the 40's, that will simplify your life greatly. Unfortunately there is no one method of highlight these cells and multiply by this certain number that will get you there. Its alot of trial and error. But there are a ton of guys here that really know their stuff and most of them are willing to help out. I personally would recomend a PM to Trent, he has helped me alot and is a real stand up guy. And when he's done helping you, he will make you a killer deal on that 366 you're looking for. :thumb:

Well I doubt they will help your milage any, most likely drop it some. For a 40 over nozzle, I went to 15% less at 10Mm3 of fuel and less, but 20% less above 10MM3 of fuel. Seemed to work really well, and the fuel rates all looked about right at idle and in gear compared to a stock truck. Don't forget to account for injector lag in your tunes though when you reduce the pulsewidth time. If you don't you will end up with a poor behaving engine at idle.
