Question: Adjust the position/height of GM tailgate?

I added a BAK Industries RevolverX2 tonneau cover to my pickup (2013 Sierra LML CC/LB Dually); it is supposed to allow the use of the tailgate without opening up the cover, but this is not the case with my pickup.

It appears the tailgate is a little high, when compared to the bed sides - is there a way to adjust the height of the tailgate? do the hinge and latch hardware adjust to allow the tailgate to move (I need it to drop) by several millimeters, up to say, 1/8th of an inch?

I love the cover - it looks great, and is as secure as covers can be I guess, but the need to open the tailgate and lift the end of the cover before shutting the tailgate is not as advertised...

any ideas?

I spoke to the folks at BAK - they stated that there is some adjustment that the dealer can do - is this due to slotted/oversize holes for the hinge/latch mount points?

You can adjust the hinges that's bolted to the bed side. Just remove the tail gate and loosen the bolts a little (NOTto where the hinge just falls) but just enough you can tap them down a little so you don't spend all day adjusting.
