I put EFI on my truck before I had really anything else on it. Now that I have some worth add on's would it be very befeficial to retune the truck now that it has these add on's?
Added bolt on's... Worth retuning?

if sig is current ima going to guess the S&B CAI re scaling the MAF would make a driveabilty difference
