2005 LLY - I've had an occasional problem that's left me on the side of the road twice where the accelerator pedal stops responding. I have my V2 hooked up, and when this happens the throttle position reads 0% regardless of pedal position.

I scanned the ECM and have the following codes:

P2133 - Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 3 Circuit High Voltage
P2139 - Throttle/Pedal Pos Sensor/Switch D / F Voltage Correlation
P2140 - Throttle/Pedal Pos Sensor/Switch E / F Voltage Correlation

Has anyone experienced this before? I can try to troubleshoot by checking voltages and such but being an intermittent problem I am not sure that I will find anything unless I happen to get lucky and catch it while it's happening.

Does any of this freeze frame data tell me anything significant?

P2133 - Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 3 Circuit High Voltage
Throttle Position 0 %
Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 2 Voltage 4.6 V
Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 3 Voltage 5 V

P2139 - Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 1-3 Correlation
Throttle Position 26.7 %
Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 2 Voltage 4.1 V
Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 3 Voltage 3.9 V

P2140 - Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 2-3 Correlation
Throttle Position 29 %
Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 2 Voltage 4 V
Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 3 Voltage 4.7 V

I also logged TP% vs APP 1-3 voltages with the engine off. APP 3 stays at 5v the whole time. Is it supposed to do that?

I just took the connector apart at the pedal and probed the sensor 3 signal wire. The position sensor is working correctly, the voltage shown on my multimeter is different than what I was seeing on the scan tool. I disconnected and reconnected the under-hood connector and got signal to the ECM again for sensor 3, so I think it's just an intermittent connection issue at that connector. It's working again for now, will see if it happens again.

Do you have the harness that goes from the pedal through the firewall and connects on the outside near the underhood fuse box? If so, how much do you want for it?

I just had a dead peddle at the track this weekend. Threw no codes just dropped to idle when launching idled out about 60' and came back everything has worked fine since. Any ideas???

Need more data on this. Normaly when an APPS assembly is going bad you have correlation codes as thunder550 does.

Iv seen tuning and some other things cause a dead pedal.

There won't be a CEL but there should be codes if any of the 3 circuits in the pedal sensor have a problem. If you have EFILive, log TP% along with APP1, 2, and 3 voltage and post screenshots.
