AC system

What are people doing with regards to the AC system when say removing cab or front core support? I need more room to work on motor so therefore AC condenser rad is in the way. Are they being evac'd or what?

If you're pulling the cab just unbolt the compressor and flip it up on top of the coolant tank or something. It can go up with the cab and condenser. No evac needed

We have an evac recovery system we bought off Craigslist. Hook it up, pump it out, then you can take it apart. When you are done working, it puts the original charge back. Don't have to mess with charging or paying to evacuate the system. It was only like $75, I recommend keeping an eye out for one.
