My ac no longer works. It blinks for about 3 seconds and then the snowflake light goes off. I recently put my ECM in an unknown state with a flash fail. I don't think efilive has tables or anything for ac. So I think I need to get a tech II full flash and then retune with efilive over that, or does this blinking indicate something else?

The ECU does interface with the A/C system. I'd reflash the stock OS and tune into the ECM and see if the problem goes away. If so, then try cal flashing over that, and you should be fine.

Did you change operating systems or anything? A full flash to even the same OS can cause random problems, you need to base your tunes off YOUR stock OS, or one with the same trim level.

Is your defroster on or the defroster/floor vents on. If they are then that will cause it to do that. If all those are off, then I don't know. But the A/C is on by default when ANY defrost is on. But the snowflake will not show.

Haven't changed the O.S. or anything like that. But I did how ever have a problem flashing and I had cancel it halfway through after it erased everything. After that I did a full flash again and everything else seems to work just fine.

Nope Its not that either. Hmm
