Allison 5sp: Abs light effect Trans shifting??

Ok so I have been hearing that if the abs light is on, this can effect TC lockup and or shifting with the allison Trans? If this is true, this may be my problem. As the abs has been on sense I bought the truck. Brakes feel fine, but the PO said something about a bad abs sensor or wire. Could this be why my Trans is acting up? It's not overheating, shifts seem to flare and that harsh shift into 4th aswell.

Yes it will affect the Allison.

Thank you mike!, will it flare shifts and or make for harsh shifts. That makes me feel alot better. Another easy problem I can atleast eliminate!
