ABS and parking brake light???

I just recently installed a PPE standard xcelerator with a egr block plate. Adjusted my tire size 37" put in the axle ratio and raised the speed limiter and now every once in a while i get a check engine light along with the ABS light and parking brake light while driving?? After I shut the truck down and re start it's gone and by the time I get home and hook up the PPE to read the codes there is none?? Confused. Is this something to worry about?

It's because of your tire size.

If you don't care if your ABS works, then you don't need to worry about it.

The lights never came on before, is that because I just installed the tuner with the actual tire size now? Whenever the light does come on ,as soon as I shut the truck off and turn it back on again it goes away and may not come back on for days. So when ever the light is on is that when the ABS won't work? Thanks and sorry for all the questions...
