New creation from the garage. Still have some left to do before coating. Its not aligned or anything just sitting on the frame horns. Needed to be able to see some progress for my own mental well being :D

Jordan, how thick of plate are you using?

Reece needs a new front bumper but he needs carbon fiber or titanium. Something Moose proof and light weight:spit:

this was 10ga as I got it cheap but normally use 1/8". I triangulate all the mounts and gussets. I don't like thicker material (unless housing a winch) because I'd rather wreck my bumper than my frame horns.

ditto - I want an aftermarket bumper that isn't soo dang huge!! Something like this is awesome - maybe with the fog holes out wide, but either way - Its a sweet bumper!

any chance on posting up what your previous bumper looked like?
