Ordering a new aftermarket air system for my lb7 which is going to be the best system for my truck was looking to spen around 250-300 and also I hate not being able to hear the turbo and I also want a little better gas milage.

I used to have a volant and then switched to an AFE Stage 2 and now I have an S & B....
The volant, the tube didn't have a lip on it, so everytime I turned around the damn filter would fall and I wouldn't know it.
The AFE stage 2, the MAF sensor was too close to the filter and I would constantly get MAF codes at the track.
The S & B......no none issues atm, had it awhile and does great.
Not saying you will the same issues I have had, I'm sure some design flaws have been ironed out.....I would hope anyway.

I have had two AEM brute force air intakes and they worked well. My dad and cousin also run the same. All of us has no complaints
I also did the airbox mod and am happy with it but it did not do much for anymore whistle.
I herd alot of pepole are happy with Bills custome intake and they say it whistles much more.
And if your looking for maximum whistle out of the factory turbo from what I read this is the hot set up.

So I installed a new turbo mouth peice ported and pollished. Now all I goyta do is swiss cheese my air box get a new down pipe then put a lift pump and tune on her and shell be set.
