A/C sensor & twin turbo downpipe issues

My s475 twin kit was built with a 5in. downpipe and it's hitting a sensor for the A/C system. Now bear with me as I try to describe what this sensor is. It comes out of the canister that is mounted on the right side of the cab on the firewall. The sensor must be for the high/low pressure on the system.

The previous owner who had this kit installed on his truck said that the wire loom melted on the harness for this sensor but it wasn't touching it like mine is. If I clocked my downpipe away, I can't gain very much room. Maybe another 1/8 of an inch is all. Its a tight fit.

The shop where my truck is at, they took that fitting out in hopes to try and find a 90 degree fitting to put in there to point the sensor plum away from the downpipe. Now this will be the best route to go in my opinion.

I do have some Thermo Tec heat sleeves. The one stuff I have is 1/4-1/2" and can stand conductive heat up to 750 degrees. Also, the downpipe IS already wrapped with heat wrap. Will I be ok going this route by heat wrapping it or does somebody of a fitting that would work out for that sensor?

Here's some pictures of the kit from the previous owner...

The a/c canister itself can be bent away a decent amount. I had the same problem with my 5" downpipe.

This was something I was going to ask.

I had to do this on my 6.7 cummins with straight flange steed speed. Had to bend the hell out of the a/c system to get some clearance. A/c still works just fine.
