Ok I Juss finished up head gasket and injector job. Got the motor back in, and I go to the part store to get a ac accumulator cuz I had the system open for awhile, and they have two different ones, one with a p-nut fitting clocked at 2:00 and one at 7:00. Now I'm pretty good with ac but my question is what is a p-nut fitting on the accumulator lol. They have to order either one so I can't compare. Thanks for any help.

It has to do with how the stud is clocked in relation to the tube for the suction line. Go to rockauto and look up your truck and you will see teh difference. Beings you have an LB7 I'm guessing it is a 1st design and clocked at 2 or the top. When you look at the suction line though(the line going fro mthe accumulator to the compressor), look to see where the nut atatches. At the top is 2, and at the bottom is 7.
