A/C blinking

It's about 35* today and I noticed when I went to turn on my A/C the light blinks on 3 times then shuts off... Will the system not work below a certain temp?

Maybe he like the heat on at 90 lol.

I have heard to keep the compressor lubed and seals wet it is good thing t run the ac a couple times durning the winter.

The compressor runs anytime you have it set on defrost mode (if the ambient air temp is warm enough). So it usually gets enough run time in.
