I got it boys, I thank God for given me the wisdom to fix it because I did hit my knees on this one,
After 3 weeks, I pulled the left side fuel rail an removed the orifice an it was clogged, You couldn't see thru it, I guess it was just letting enough thru to idle, anyway I cleaned it an pulled the other orifice an checked it put it back together an VAROOM. My baby is back up an running, It's a good thing cause I think momma was getting ready to divorce me. LOL.

Thanks for all your help, an everyone keep this in mind, the symptoms was no power, missing, cutting out, balance rates read right bank +, left bank -, because the ecm compensates, Rail Pressure was perfect.
Man I'm so happy I got this thing fix, :happy2: It's 1;30 am an I don't want to goto bed I'm so pumped.

So let that be a lesson to all u boys an girls, when your working on your truck an u have the output line off the CP3 lay a clean rag over it so no debris will fall down into the fitting, I'm sure I'm the only one that don't do that though,
