I sold my 05' to buy and build this truck, thinking it would be way cheaper Lmao...
Anyway here's the current plan, 8 second truck that's streetable and needs a chute. I've been dragging azz on this thing. I really didn't look it over properly before I bought it lol. Every band aid I pull off I find 5 more.
1999 Silverado std cab sb
Built 6.0 ls, Summit forged Pistons Rods and stock crank, LS3 Rectangle port heads, O-ringed block, Get'em Garage piston cooling jets, Tick Performance 1/2" arp head studs, Arp main studs, ATI balancer, Billet flexplate, Triple 450 fuel pumps E85, 160lb Snake Eater injectors. Engine is ready for assembly.

Huron Speed single turbo kit, I have a slew of Turbos I can run, comp 82mm, GTX 4202, Borg SXE 88

4L80E stock with shift kit, Probably will build it myself, Undecided on Converter but most likely be a high 3 low 4 stall with a trans brake.

Front viking coilover conversion, rear leafs with vikings and caltracs.

Chromoly cage under the back window, no bars through the back window...

Holley Dominator Ecu.

19' up 13.5 front brakes and 4 piston calipers on 99' spindles. Rear drum to disc with quad calipers if needed. LML hydroboost. I'm thinking it should put you through the windshield, and hopefully help slow her down from 150 plus.

Suspension work and fixing the fukkery going on with the c-notch… Scary to think this truck was running around with a built 6.0 Ls before I bought it, yikes.

I’ll get some pics of the rear c notch finished, I realized I never took any after I finished it.

The axle is out of it as well, being built to see how much the trusty 8.6 will or won’t take lol.

You ever ran those pistons before ? I’m trying a set of those in this aluminum L76 6.0 that I’m putting together for a guy.

Funny I see this post now when I’ve been thinking about doing something similar and buying my brothers 03 rcsb.

I haven't assembled the engine yet. I had the machine shop Torque plate hone it for these pistons. We'll see what they look like when I get together.
