800 rpm flair

[WTF]

OK my tcm didn't like me and died so I replaced it. With my spare I bought a years ago and now I have 800 rpm flair under 25% throttle for my 1> 2 and 2> 3 had it but cleaned up but the 1> 2 is still bad 50% throttle is around a 1200 flair right now I'm changing d, e, f solenoids and I just wanted to know if I'm missing something

and it is set to fast relearn and taps are cleared
