First off, what is the deference between the STG2R purchased after July 1, 2015 that does not require special tune file to start up. and the one before July 1, 2015 that require special tune file to start up? secondly i am ordering a converter this week, i am picking between the Goerend R, The limitless converter, and The Suncoast 1074. unless some one thinks there is a better option. but from my searching those are the best 3 to pick from for the 68mm STG2R. My truck is a 05 lly. stock pump stock injectors, built trans and tuning. i do plan to get duel pumps or bigger single and 60 or 100 over injectors but might be a year or 2 down the road, also i daily drive the truck and only tow occasionally less then 12,000 lbs. anyways what converter should i get and why? i can get the Goerend for the cheapest price and it also has a limited lifetime warranty. But if the others choices would work better than so be it. thanks you!

Bonestock just put a limitless converter behind a stg2r here in wyoming. Think he tested from like 3000 on up to over 10,000 ft and said it's absolutely amazing

I got one for sale someone needs it! Mine was built before July 1 and needs a tune file for start up. I believe it has to do with vein design.

Harbin_22 have you ever had any of the goerend g or r converters?

I've never been around any Goerend converters at all. I've had a Precision ML, DPC, 1057, 1054, and now the Limitless and it is leaps and bounds ahead of the other for my application. It brake stalls to 2,300ish, which is plenty for the R turbos, flashes really well, and couples fast and hard to get the power down. Lock up is really smooth too.

I'm not sure how much power you're making or plan on, but I am well over 1,000 and it has been taking it like a champ.

BTW, I am running a 72mmR as a single right now, waiting on new setup, and it works awesome.
