I usually run in the 1.63 range how much faster can it go? Anyone know what kind of times Maxed Out pulls?

1.5 - 1.6 on Drag radials i think , better with slicks . I think untill you hit 1.5's you are leaving something on the table and any above that is gravy . but keep in mind that a poor prepped track can be the difference between low 1.6's and 1.5's . At home 1.63's-1.64's are the best i get and are pretty consistant , on a better prepped track mid 1.5's were possible , I also think to get 1.4's you need more than 700hp or a extremely loose converter or the ability to launch at 2800-3k .

Obviously the lower the better but as has been said 1.5 is great and anything better is a blessing. Unless you have a very light truck I don't see getting much better than 1.4. Power will only get you a little of the way there - after that the right converter comes in, then suspension and sticky tires.

We run 1.5's with radials, have gone 1.48 with slicks. I've not tried to push it for more as this is getting into parts breaking territory.

I feel 1.5's is a good fit for a 10 second truck.
