Just finishing up my Suncoast build today and got to the PR spring. I assumed a shim or spring would come in my kit, but it did not.

I made a tool and removed the PR spring but don't know the shim size. I have access to our machine shop so I might just make one if someone could tell me some quick measurements.

Thanks

Thickness .125-.130". Cat 0 kits don't come with the shim or installation tool, all other kits should have these.

There is a ballance hole in the bellhousing plate that is chamfored. It is the only chamfored hole in the plate. Drill it to .047

That shim will put you at 255 psi. I recommend my spring which will put you at 290 psi without the supplied shim. With the shim it will put you at 310 psi. Unless you are running over 600 hp constant, spring will do the trick.
