6" lift?

Hey guys. Got a 05 dura crew cab. Planning on doing 20s and more then likely I'll need to lift it. What lift do you guys suggest? What's common? What would a simple nice street-able setup run? Planning on 20x9 or 20x10 BMF Rehabs. What offset would be best? I hate that look where the wheels look squished out past the wheel wells. The truck below is what in going for

I prefer the NTBD kits for aesthetics. I run Cognito brand on mine.

I have lots of pictures. I used to have the Cognito 7-9kit, set at 8", with 37s on 20x9s.

Then I swapped to the 4-6 NTBD kit I have now, and ran a 305/50 tire on the same wheels.

and just for kicks here is a Fabtech 6" kit on 305/55/20 wheels.
