6.7 progress

6.7L Cummins is in beta and will be in our next public release.

The parameters will match 90% to what we have in our current 5.9L software.

The main differences will be:

* DPF - has not been addressed at this point
* RPM Limiters/Fuel Limiters - we haven't nailed all of them like the 5.9L, but our offering is still better than anything else that's currently available.
* TCM Support - our current Beta software for 5.9L contains a range of transmission tables for which we have received EXCELLENT feedback. The 6.7L has a separate TCM which we haven't started development on yet.

There is only a couple of weeks work working with our beta testers to make 6.7L comparable to 5.9L - we just don't have those weeks until we return mid December. TCM may be a separate project - don't know at this point. Add a couple of weeks for catching up on 'everything' as well as Christmas, realistically we are talking January or February.

And....up until yesterday it was taking 28 minutes to read the 6.7L ECM. We've re-checked our code, and shazzam, reading is now down to 8 minutes.

Cheers
Cindy

Testing is going great... if they can get the 6spd to hold I'm afraid they would be a force to be recognized (somewhat)...vvt on these spool is super quick and believe it or not the factory map doesn't look hoorible at all compared to the 5.9.
