Hey all, gonna be a long question so bare with me please. My 4WD with electronic selection is acting up. The selector seems to engage just fine, but even in 4high it is nearly impossible to turn/ drive due to wild jerking with the slightest acceleration. Its not the selector itself (not flashing lights), in my opinion. My diagnosis would be Actuator or possibly T-Case module. I recently changed fluids in both front diff and t-case with no metal shavings to speak of.There is a noticable difference going back to 2high but it feels strange also. As if my truck is being "held back," from a "3wd" possibility? Gas mileage is hurting from this too. I am separating from the military and have about a 500 mi trip in about a week so no time, or assets for that matter, to keep up the guessing game. Im leaning towards an actuator issue, what are my options? Any way to be sure it is definitely fully disengaged at the diff? If it is how can i make sure its not the chain in the T-Case possibly not seated right on the gears? At this point, even ripping out the front diff and shafts would be worth the money ill save on fuel. Thanks in advance, BTW you guys are the best thing to happen to diesel noobs :D
