How much vibration do you guys get in 4wd under WOT? Its really not anything I can feel dramatically different but more of a howl under moderate to heavy acceleration.

My Tcase has been rebuilt by the dealer twice, not too confident in their work but it was done under warranty. I don't have one close to me to jump in and try out unless I go to the dealer but that's not quite apples to apples.

At deceleration or light throttle you can't tell its in 4wd.

Just though I would ask

FYI, i'm running 305/50r20 zeon's with about 35psi in the fronts and 30 in the rear. Everything is great in 2wd. front u-joints are good from what I can feel.

4wd only gets used for boosted launches on the street (haven't been to the track yet). I have the t-case/trans brace but it's in the garage waiting to get put on.

Mine had a slight vibration i could feel in the floorboard and then blew the passenger side cv shaft. I have fixed it yet to see if that was the problem or not but it could be a bad cv

My driver side inner boot had a rip, I noticed the grease but I sealed it back up immediately. I check that stuff regularly but it is very possible that it did damage and it's showing it's face now.

You think a worn wheel bearing would cause it? I am leaning toward the axle that had the torn boot.

My boot had a little rip and was leaking grease as well. I would say replace the cv they are about 50 bucks. If it was a hub when going straight if it is vibrating turn the while one way or the other and the vibration would go away immediately once pressure was put on that corner.

I also have a vibration in mine with hard acceleration. Had a bad hub a while back and changed it. Haven't done any boosted 4wd launches since then. How many have replaced the seals on the front diff? both side are leaking on mine. Not bad but every once in a while I'll have a drip on the driveway and there is a little bit slung up underneath.

Wireline. What psl you work for? We have about 10 of them at our shop. I think all the mid-con shops got some this year and last.

STX Bariod. They are super stingy on everything! No diesels in the entire fleet and I haven't seen a single 4x4.
