here is the part numbers for the stuff I ordered from summit. You may consider going to 6 an. Im doing 4, but a gent in my thread said 4 may be too small. Im still going to run it tho. I used this thread to kinda help me out. He did a great job.

Head down to your local hydraulic hose store and they can make you whatever you want. I've always ran 6an for an s400. Usually runs about 40 bucks to have a stainless braided line with all the fittings you need made up.

I have a set of oil lines for a twin kit. Only problem is you'd need to adapter to tap into the valley turbo feed and an hsp turbo bracket for the drain line since they drain the oil threw the bracket. Then out the bottom of the bracket to an oil line to the upper oil pan.

I believe borg Warner uses a 1/4"npt for the oil inlet on their s400's. I can't remember what fitting I used for the block. But if you look down kind of by the manifold passenger side at the front of the motor you will see a plug. That's where I feed my s472 from. I will see if I can snag a pic of it in a few.

I'm not aware of any 1/2npt oil galley plugs on the engine block...you sure your tapping into the right spot? And yes the oil return needs to be straight enough/high enough to gravity drain itself or else you will pump the compressor housing full of oil.

I hope I tapped the right spot!It was a 19mm plug I pulled,i was suprized when I pulled it it was that small but I got some oil dripping so I ASSummed it was right. My 475 drain is not tapped but can it be done or should I make a bracket up with a bung?

Well if it's pumping oil then i guess your good. I hope your not using those worm gear clamps for the boost tubes. Those will blow right off.

Well took it out for a shake down tonight and couldn't believe how it performed, going from a strait pipe lb7 this thing was strangely quiet with the 475 until I got on it a little and than it sounded like a jet, unbelievable difference in every aspect of how it performed and this is on a stock tune,so now im on the hunt for some info on tuning for a twin setup and what my next move should be.More fuel, air or just bite the bullet for rods?Any suggestions will be appreciated.

You can make your rods live but you won't be getting full potential out of your setup. It all comes down to what you want your truck to do and how much your willing to spend
