400+ hp 12v cummins kill

so we werent in my truck buy in my buddies truck, the only thing he has done is a superchips programmer, the story goes we were on our way to in and out after working on his ranger crawler and my other buddy in his 12v cummins so happens to be turning on to the same long stretch of highway we were on. we pulled up to a stop light we all knew what was gonna happen and my friend in his 12 valve takes off then guns it my friend immeaditaly gunned it and we kept right next to him the whole time, the part i found funny was all the shit he talked about duramax and v8 diesels being the worst design, he has3gsk, timing bumped, marine injectors, hx45 hybrid turbo, removed fuel plate, .022 delivery valves, his pump turned up, 4" turboback exhaust, afe intake, and a valair ceramic clutch. my friend only had a superchips programmer set on tow and we ere dead even, after we had ran he texted me claiming he had no traction, then later claimed he was in valet mode. yeah, right. i tried to record the race but you cant see jack shit, you can only hear his truck next to us the. we actually raced the next light that came up too. but it was the same thing. if you care to watch you cant see jack shit.sorry about my buddies annoying gf too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3DqzyV5cow

does he have a lift pump on that 12va. not sure but seems like with all that work unless he is just blowing smoke he should of been able to walk the dog.
