i have searched for the answer to this question to no avail. i havea HTT S366. theturbo outlet (going into the hot side IC tube) is obviously larger than the stock turbo that it is replacing. therefore, the IC boot that i have will not fit on the turbo outlet. were can i get one that will fit? i talked to HTT and they do not have one. i will likely get a 3" hot side IC tube to go with the turbo. so what boot size do i get?

furthermore, i used a LB7 intake bridge and 3'' IC tube to delete my EGR. to get the bridge to work with the LLY turbo and mouthpeice (stock ones) i had to get really creative with the intake. with the new S366, could i use an intake for a LB7 to clear the bridge as opposed to the LLY intake that does not fit due to the LB7 bridge? if not, im guessing i should get some tubing from mcmaster car and run it into the turbo. what about the air raid you build it kit (UBI kit)?

one last thing. the turbo has a 73MM exhaust wheel instead of the 71MM. what improvments does this cause? does it increase spool time? or does it just flow more air?

if anyone can provide me with some feedback,i will appreciate it.

I reused my factory LBZ intercooler boot with my stock piping, and didnt have an issue with it fitting with my banks hot pipe. It fits super tight, but i didnt have to strech it.

If it helps, here my factory intercooler boot and pipe, and a HTT off a twinned truck at work with the banks boot and piping. :thumb:

And the answer is....... T-Nell. Give Trent a shout with EPR and he most likely has a solution for you.

So I have to call someone else and bother them to figure out my problems?

IIRC all HTT, and T4 S366 compressor housing discharge size is the same. :thumb:

Yeah that's what he was wondering and I didn't know cause I think my 464 may be a little different I haven't got a chance to take a look at his turbo in person yet.

I know the standard t4 Borg is 3" . Stock boot won't stretch over it.

I think I used these folks when I replaced my turbo hose: http://www.turbohoses.com/index.html . I reused my stock hose the first couple of times, but it was REALLY tight on the HTT, but I did get it to fit. When I replaced the factory boost tube with the Banks, I used a new transition hose and clamps.

My bad, I meant T3 Jordan. I assumed T4 was different.

Most of the S300 comp covers come from Borg as a 3" hose outlet , the ones you see like the HTT and others that are 2.5 " have been machined down to make the kits , as Duramax and second gen Dodge both use a 2.5 IC boot with the same outlet . Tony if you guys need some help give me a shout .

If you machined the flange off the outlet of the S464 like I did I believe you would require a 3.5" to whatever sized hot pipe you have. Mine is 3".
