I installed a set of 366/480 twins on a LBZ and it is continually throwing these codes even though they are turned off in EFI Live.

Any ideas?

Well the p0540 is a intake heater relay, check the vane position sensor values for the p0045, and the P0405 is because the egr is deleted i assume? You obviously know what the codes read haha, but i figured id help a little, I ran across a thread about the vane position sensor vlaues, can't find it though haha.

It won't change anything. You'll just have to raise the limp mode and DTC fuel limiting tables.

I have EGR desired flow all set to 0. Maybe I should try 100?

ill have to look as i dont quite remember. i do remember i had to max the fuel pressure tables for the egr though (dunno if the LBZ has those). If i didnt max them all i got a "phantom limp mode" it seemed till i maxed out the fuel pressure egr ones

yeah thats how i did mine. i had to max all the ECT/baro egr on/off mulitpliers too. Same deal under the fuel pressure tables. If i didnt max them all i got a "phantom limp mode" it seemed till i maxed out the fuel pressure egr ones

This is a different deal. The truck doesn't like to see the stock turbo gone, and it freaks out even when you shut the codes off. I've been able to fix it by raising the values in the two tables I mentioned.

I must of got lucky, my truck still drove fine with the stock turbo tune. Just had a CEL.

Is c0810 set to 0 and C0811/C0813 set to the max at 655? Turbo boost fuel enable and disable tables changed? B0792 modified?

I've run with EGR set to Enable and Disable and it didn't limp it. Ive run with desired vane position set at stock levels and with them set to 0. Didn't make a difference, and no limp either way.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Yep all of the obvious things are changed. I did some reading and it looks like there might be something with the OS...
