Question: 30" light bar behind grill??

Hey guys just wondering if anybody has tried to fit a 30 inch bar behind the grill on a 02? I haven't really gotten a chance to take a good look back there, I know there's not a lot of room behind the grill. If not I was just gonna stick her on the front, I appreciate if anyone has any input on it, thanks guys!

Sierra or silverado? I have a 32" light bar that was tight for my sierra so I mounted a 12" in the lower air dam..

Whoops sorry about that, it's an 02 silverado.

It should be plenty of length maybe the end mounts might be past the opening but the lighting should all be able to shoot through the grille.. Pretty sure it's something like 33&1/4" or close to that so you should have just enough
