It is most like a brand new Manufactured Home. These are houses built in a factory, then moved to the site. It's a fancy name for the latest generation mobile home.

They could just wait for a tornado to move it, since mobile homes attract tornadoes like flys on fresh dung.

Got that in a email and was like oops that sucks, I think it was a relocation most the time if its a Manufactured Home they do not use those style dolly wheels.
