What do you guys think are they worth it? At what point are they needed?

If you upgrade your turbo to a bigger aftermarket unit, they may help spool a smidge quicker. Obviously flow a bit better but you won't "feel" any power increase.

LB7s are 3" from under the blue 90* hose on the hotside & 3" to reducer before the boot on the Y-bridge on the coldside

I replaced the turbo outlet tube on Emma with a Banks unit. You can buy just the tube for somewhere around $100 plus shipping (I ordered the tube a while ago). I did not like the big 90* turn on the stock setup.
I have not noticed anything performance wise from the tube (I'm running some pretty tame tunes on Emma.....stock trans), but I don't have the worry about blowing the big blue tube from GM.

Dang it! I already bought the one on Merchants (MBRP polished pipe) site. Went to install it and that's when I found out about this turbo seal catastrophe!
