Truck was tuned last night for a 2nd gear launch. Well it spooled quick, rpm's climbed, no pushing through the brakes. My only issue,blew off the slicks bad. Tried lower power levels and such, same issue. Back in a first gear launch no problem. I know there are few 2wheel drives around but im thinking in the 2nd gear launch I didnt preload the suspension like I do in first gear launch. I never felt the twisting motion the truck does on the line in a normal 1st gear launch. Im wondering if I need to soften the back end up while trying this. Any input would be great. Also didnt get many test hits in due to track computer problems.
