I have 06 lbz and want better fuel mileage and 100-120 extra hp.Whats the best combo?

I tow a 30ft enclosed trailor & plow snow with it.I really dont have a budget.

A good cheap tuner is the Quadzilla, it won't make huge power but it has some very nice smooth tunes on it. Of course I recomend gauges to any truck that tows anything of moderate size or bigger, to keep an eye on egt and boost.
