2021 Gmc 3500hd infotainment screen will not come on, and no sound from radio chimes nothing.
What I have tried:
Disconnect both ground cables from batteries 20+ mins.
Disconnect both ground and positive cables from batteries 20+ mins, touched positive and ground together for a hard reset.
Pressed call button on steering wheel 10 sec and 20 seconds
Pressed end call button 10 sec and 20 secs.
Checked both Info1 and Info2 fuses passenger kick panel fuse box, good.
I have warranty but thought I would ask before I go through the hassle, any ideas would be appreciated.
