I have a 2015 GMC 2500HD Duramax (Not deleted any time soon so I can't do the gas version of the boards yet) and was planning to install bushwacker extend-a-flares (NOT the bigger Pocket flares) with AMP running boards / powersteps. AMP has provisions to trim the factory flares, but I'm not sure how this looks or if you're able to do the same type of trimming on the Bushwacker flares without hacking them up. Does anyone have install pics of the front fender on this application with either factory or aftermarket flares?

I definitely want the running boards so it I have to change plans, I'll eliminate the flares. With that can you still install molded mud flaps on this setup? From the limited pics I can find there doesn't look like there is very much room between the running boards and the front of the running board.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

CCPcoatings, I found this picture for you online, I believe this is what you're looking for. We do sell both, AMP Research running boards and Bushwacker flares, and it wouldn't be a problem for you to combine them.

Thanks. The only way I'd do it is to offset the boards until I do a delete. Cutting up the flares looks awful on teh stock flares and much worse on aftermarket ones. Its just a poor fitment for this application. All AMP has to do is offset the lower portion of the hinge bracket approx 2 inches and everything would fit normal.

This is what I wanted to see....
