I can't wait the diesel rangers over seas were just badass and took a hell of a beating finally able to have something that's practical for daily driving weekend small trailer hall the dirt bikes and all around homeowner truck that's a diese and great commuter for traveling:thumb:
The exterior isn't that bad the front clip looks decent but the interior? What were they thinking or not thinking. The center piece looks like a old style 13" tube TV. Looks like the IC has a Tach speedo and fuel gauge! Puts the plain in Jane that's for-sure! Gross
Funny that the Silverado interior doesnt look bad but the Colorados is ify... I think its the gear selector in the middle that throws it off and the puny steering wheel!
Truck looks like the little Ford with the back angle cab. Interior looks OK to me. Did GM come out or are they coming out with a dmax in their 1/2 ton like they were talking about a couple years ago?
Haven't heard anything about the 1/2 ton other then if the cummins tundra and the diesel ram have high sales, GM has a diesel ready to go. It better be the 4.5 dmax...
I think when they go with the 1/2 ton, the engine size is going to be impacted directly by fuel economy and emissions. The only way they will get good sales is if they get really good mileage with the emissions stuff they have to run. Enough to offset the higher fuel cost and vehicle price. They likely will run the powerplant that best fits this so who knows what they will end up with.
Our little dmax luvs over seas were the shit!! So are the ranger diesels wish we had that cold stuff over hear. I'll be curious what emissions do to that little motor
I had a friend coming back from Jamaica, he said got to drive a vw jetta truck tdi twin turbo. He said it was a bad ass little truck ...so I can't wait until we get some little diesels to mess around with.
When my 8100 burb got hit by idf I got a new land cruiser with a turbo diesel. Nth at thing was baaaaaaaaaaad to the bone. I had to give it back when my new burb came in it was a sad day
