2013 Denali Rim Screwed Up by Firestone - anyone got one to sell

I had to have a tire patched yesterday. Firestone gouged and scratched the rim in a few places. Anyone want to sell one ?

X3, town fair dropped my wheel and cracked the centercap. They paid for a new one!!!

I had Discount gouge 2 of my old 18's and they replaced them no question.

What ended up happening with this?

My local town fair has a big sign posted saying the wont replace a damaged rim. When they took the paint off my BMF's when they were brand new doing a front end alignment I almost went ape shit in the store. So bad one of the other customers called the cops....

Long story short they bought me two new rims. lol

Pretty sure I wouldn't do business at shop that had a sign up like that...

It doesn't matter what kind of sign they have up saying they won't pay for whatever. If they damage it, they have to pay for it. Period. That is anywhere in the U.S. It is a part of business. If they don't pay for replacement or repairs then it is called vandalism. And you can press charges against them for it. If they try to say they don't have to, take a bat to the managers/owners car. See if they try to make you pay for it.
